For AERTI's mild hyperbaric oxygen chamber and chamber filling generator, some new customers are unfamiliar with our products and often have questions. Here we have compiled some frequently asked questions and their answers for your reference.

Q5. How to choose between AUTOMATICAL mode and MANUAL mode?

Under AUTOMATC mode, when the pressure reaches 105KPa, it will automatically switch to EOA mode, air and oxygen will be filled into the mild hyperbaric oxygen chamber at the same time at certain proportion throughout the whole treatment period.

Under Manual mode, 3 options of  “Air”  “Oxygen”  “EOA” , users can adjust the pressure filling speed, oxygen density according to their personal needs.

Q6. What is the max purity of oxygen inside the mild hyperbaric oxygen chamber? Will users get oxygen toxicity?

Under EOA mode: oxygen output from oxygen filling generator is 80%-90%V/V

Under OXYGEN mode: oxygen output from oxygen filling generator is 90%-96%V/V

The general purity of oxygen in the chamber will reach 25% - 32% according to the flow rate of oxygen filling generator.

Up to now, we did not encounter any cases of oxygen toxicity, but it depends, once the user feel uncomfortable, stop the machine and release the pressure by manual valve immediately.

*The use of the oxygen chamber requires supervision from qualified medical/technical personnel.

Q7. Why is the pressure value on chamber different from that on filling machine, which value should I take?

It's a normal phenomenon because of different types of gauge - mechanic type and electric type.

Q8. In tropical area, what can be done to cool it down inside the mild hyperbaric oxygen chamber? Will it work if I use in air conditioned room?

Please equip freeze dryer to cool down the filling air.

It will work if operating in air-conditioned room, the temperature in the chamber will be around 3℃-5℃ higher than room temperature.

Q10. How many tubes connecting the filling machine and the chamber? What is the function of each?

There are 4 tubes:

(1)AIR tube: ∅10*1mm, Length: 3M, majorly deliver pressure by filling air

(2)OXYGEN tube: ∅8*1mm, Length: 3M, to deliver oxygen.

(3)PRESSURE detection tube: ∅6*4mm, Length: 3M, to detect the pressure in the chamber

(4)OXYGEN PURITY detection tube: ∅6*4mm, Length: 3M, to detect oxygen purity in the chamber
