Oxygen Chamber Guide: Answers to Your Top 8 Questions

More people care about health now. Oxygen chambers help improve body condition and ease tiredness, so more people start to use them.
To help you use oxygen chambers safely and well, AERTI collected common questions and clear answers. This FAQ will solve most of your worries.
Q1: What to prepare before using the oxygen chamber?
Use the chamber in rooms with temperature 18–28°C for comfort.
Do not bring easy-to-burn items inside.
Go to the toilet before entering.
Wear soft cotton clothes.
Q2: How often and how long should I use it?
Use once a day, 30 to 90 minutes each time. You can change the time to fit your body.
You may use it at any time, but keep using it regularly. Most people feel better after about three months of daily use.
Q3: Why does it feel hot inside the chamber?
This is normal. The inside of the chamber is 3–5°C hotter than room temperature, and 20% more humid.
It feels best in spring, autumn and winter. If you use it in summer, turn on the air conditioner to cool the room first. You will feel much more comfortable.
Q4: Is there a cooling way for hot and wet areas?
Yes. We suggest adding a cold dryer for hot humid places. Tests show it can lower the chamber's inner temperature by 5–10°C.
Warm tip: Connect the short pipe of the cold dryer close to the chamber for better cooling results.

Q5: Why do my ears hurt, and how to ease the pain?
When the chamber’s pressure rises or falls, air pressure inside and outside your ears cannot balance fast. The pressure difference makes your eardrum sore.
A trained worker must control the machine. If your ears hurt inside the chamber, open the manual air release valve or push the core of the auto air release valve to balance ear pressure. Close the valve or stop pushing after your ears feel normal.
Q6: Does the one-click disinfection hurt people or the chamber?
This function is useful, but no one can stay inside during disinfection.
Ozone has oxidation. Using disinfection too often and too long will turn pipes yellow and shorten the chamber's life.
We improved the machine: disinfection time is cut from 5 minutes to 1 minute. It keeps the chamber clean and lasts longer. Please do not overuse this function.
Q7: Can I use phones or other electronics inside the chamber?
We advise you not to use them.
If you have to bring one, make sure the device is original, not changed, not repaired, no water damage and no broken shape. Its battery cannot swell, get hot or leak liquid.
Important rule: Never charge any electronic device inside the chamber.
Oxygen helps fire burn, especially under high pressure and high oxygen levels. For safety, use electronics as little as possible.
Q8: Any final important rules?
The oxygen chamber is professional health equipment. Always use it with a trained worker's help.
Use it in the right way to get its full benefits.
